Each bedroom has air-conditioning, a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with shower. Other amenities include a stereo and TV's connected to both a satellite system and a VCR.

The house is staffed with a houseboy and a maid from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM, and a guard dog is locked in a perimeter garden area. There is secure parking for one vehicle. A cook is available upon request.

Rates
IN U.S. DOLLARS PER NIGHT
$450 for the weeks of Christmas, New Year's, Easter, & Thanksgiving
$400 from November 15 to April 30
$300 the rest of the year

Reservations
A 50 % deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid by that date, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Monies refundable only if property is re-rented minus 10%. In case of cancellation after payment of balance, 50% is usable towards a future reservation, except in cases of documented medical emergencies, in which case a refund of the balance will be made if another booking is made to fill the dates.

A voucher will need to be signed upon your arrival for long-distance phone bills and damages.

Since the house lacks safety railings in some areas in order to provide both beauty and view we do not recommend it for young children.

People other than the renter(s) may not spend the night. In case of a dinner or get-together the number of invited guests may not exceed the number of renters. The renter is responsible for the proper use of the house installations as well as any damages.
